About Chris Logan

A Victoria resident for over 20 years, I grew up in Halifax and studied at Dalhousie University, Concordia, and the National Theatre School. Several years in the music industry then led to an extended sojourn as co-owner of one of Victoria's best-loved performance venues. These years in the hyper-competitive hospitality industry were like a doctorate in customer service and negotiating, and taught me how to stay cool under under pressure.

Sellers will find me a patient listener who understands that selling a home is not only a major financial undertaking but also highly emotional. Although I believe no deal is a good deal unless all parties benefit, I'm nevertheless a tireless advocate for the best interest of my clients: your goals will be my goals until your goals are achieved.

When not working with clients, I treasure time spent with my wife and four children, ideally outdoors, and especially in our beloved Beacon Hill Park. I love to read and I'm passionate about music and classic cinema. A longtime meditator, I'm committed to the precepts of honesty, temperance, and not causing harm. I have volunteered with Victoria Hospice and the James Bay Community Project. I believe that solving the big problems of the world is often best achieved when we start by serving our families, friends, and neighbours.
